For 9 years prior to her time at Holt, Minnie directed Kaisahang Buhay Foundation in Manila, Philippines, managing all aspects of this child caring agency. KBF operates an unwed mothers live-in center, one of the first foster care programs, and the first and only non-government adoption agency in the Philippines. She played a vital role in developing dynamic partnerships with government and non-government agencies in family and child welfare services.
An American citizen, Minnie was born in the Philippines and speaks fluent Tagalog. Her broad experience, along with her early years working for the Philippine Department of Social Welfare, make her highly qualified to train and mentor social workers as adoption specialists, and to counsel families regarding international adoption.

She started a child sponsorship program for the orphanage and developed its first in-country funding arm. She designed and published promotional materials, raised funds, and wrote stories and articles about the orphanage for international publication.
Maureen tackled issues affecting children with special needs, and began projects that raised the standard of living and health for children at the orphanage. She is currently involved with program development and fundraising at Home For Good.

Gerald Clark: Gerry's military aviation experience in Asia inspired him to return to the Philippines as a missionary bush pilot to fly medical teams to remote island villages. He was ultimately placed in charge of the Philippine mission, which included administrative charge of the orphanage, where he soon became involved with the childrens' welfare, their physical and emotional health and their future.
Gerry played an active role in adoptions, established relationships with numerous government and non-government agencies related to child welfare and adoption services, and accomplished government accreditation of the orphanage. He published the orphanage web site, wrote a new operations manual and organized numerous orphanage property improvements.
He also laid the groundwork for the launch of the first church based Adoption and Foster care outreach program in the Philippines.
Gerry and Maureen are co-founders of Home For Good, and Gerry serves as Executive Director.

Eric Henderson Shown here with two Ukrainian orphans on his lap, is a successful business owner and active in church leadership. Eric and his family spent considerable time visiting orphanages in Ukraine where they interacted with the children while conducting various outreach activities. The entire family was so touched by their first visit that they knew the Lord had called them to adoption ministry. Eric's teenage daughter who wasn't keen on going to Ukraine, fell in love with the orphan children, and was so overwhelmed with their need for family that she wanted to stay with them while her family returned to the U.S.
